Free ground shipping on US orders over $150

When will my order ship?

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Madison, CT.Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not process/ship orders on weekends or holidays. If you made a purchase over the weekend or on a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

Estimated delivery transit times begin once your order has been handed over to the courier company. Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Thursday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will not be processed until the following business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information and a link to track your package.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipping estimates are provided by our carriers. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due date to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Shipping estimates after dispatch are as follows:

3 to 7 days | United States and Canada

10 to 14 days | Rest of the World

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is free for US and Canada orders over $150.

If your order amount does not qualify for free shipping, the exact cost of your shipping will be shown at the checkout. We offer free shipping on orders after any promotions or discounts have been applied.

What happens if the address I entered was incorrect?

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately by sending an email to If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to change the address and will be responsible for any charges that may be incurred on its way back to us. All address corrections are subject to a security review and can be declined by us for any reason.

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our return policy here: for further information on returns.

Do you ship to PO boxes or pickup stations?

At the time, we do not ship to PO boxes or pickup stations.

Does Graph and Faraway cover Customs, Taxes, and Duties for international customers?

When orders are shipped internationally, there may be import taxes/duties/customs fees once your package arrives in your country. These fees are not included in our delivery charge that you paid for on The fees (if any) will be collected from you upon delivery.Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider these charges before ordering as we have no control over the possible fees implemented by your country. To be safe, please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs you may incur. Additionally, international orders must go through customs and clearance producers, which may cause delays with your original delivery estimate.

What if I refuse my shipment?

If for some reason you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the costs to return the package to us, any import taxes/duties/customs fees that the delivery incurred, and the original shipping amount. The total amount of the listed fees above will be deducted from your refund.

What if my package is missing?

We’re sorry that this has happened, and we’ll do our best to help you locate your shipment.

You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered within 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. If we're made aware of the issue outside of this time frame, it’s unlikely that you can make a courier claim. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Before contacting us, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the main entrance, porch, back patio, garage, garden, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package, like your neighbors. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please send us an email to

We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier and we do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
